This piece is somehow different from my other work, mainly cause I didn’t used the airbrush , the all piece was done like if I was painting a “real” oil on canvas, with the Painter7 oil paint brush. The result is quite similar to a oil on canvas painting, this means the softhware is GREAT :)

I just had to create a little monster, I miss them so!
This is just one version of Elemental. There are 5 main categories Flora, Rock, Water, Fire, and Air. The bodies of each category vary a little depending on the environment around them.
Explanation:
-Elemental’s have three forms Solid, Ethereal or both. Water, Air, and Fire are Ethereal while Rock is Solid. Flora can be either Ethereal or Solid.
-Some categories can be combined under certain conditions. A Water or Rock Elemental can have Flora growing on them, but this does change the main Element.
-Variations form in each category depending on where the Elemental lives (what it’s surrounded by).
-An Elemental’s arms do not attach directly to it’s body (like Eve from Wall-e) and the number of limbs varies.
This information is subject to change. This little guy is a Water Element, because he lives in a pond he has a Waterlily growing on him.
Man I just love making things up like this :3 These Elementals will be part of the Star Twins’ story….which I will write out….eventually…….Enjoy.

Likely the last RM furry piece I shall have by the end of the weekend (I am working on a painting now) and then it’s back to commissions over the week.

A few people have wondered as to the species of my furs. Well, the bat was a long eared bat, but this fellow and the first are more like some mythical canid. The first was something like a mix between a wolf and a jackal. This fellow is some sort of fox, I think.
I had a lot of fun on this one. I stopped worrying about being so realistic and began to explore the symplification and stylization of the shading. I am pleased with the results. :3

Many anthropologists believed that the cave paintings are a kind of sympathetic magic, that to depict a lot of game means to have the power to catch that game, or to ensure their numbers. The huntress here is envoking such a magic so that her people might be prosperous.

A black panthress (leopard), queen of the desert. I painted this over the last few days. It’s rather dull and simple but it was good practice.

Edit: I attempted to fix a few things that were bothering people, but I’m tired of looking at this thing XD So no more crit, please. It’s time for me to move onto other arts

Another doodle for fun. Was trying to get a little more detail in. I think I failed D: But the outcome is still interesting.
Anyway, I think I’ve gotten all this experiment out, and I am ready to take some more time on a more complete image.
Time to get serious! HWAHH!! :D
O, btw, I was maybe thinking of dinking around with the BG on this one, but I’m not sure what to do. Any suggestions? I’ll likely not alter it at all, as I want to get on with bigger projects, but who knows…. I may…

There was someone I was talking to ah… over notes, I think, who mentioned something about drawing some anthros bees. Anthro bees! I love bees! So I thought I’d try out one of my own. Balancing the bee aspects and the human aspects while trying to create an even vaguely attractive creature was difficult. The result is ah… interesting…. and the consequential noselessness bears an unintentional resemblance to the artwork of a certain snogger. Sorry, man.
This kind of style is like a pink feather boa: fun to try on for a minute or two, but definitely not something I’d want to wear all the time. If I ever try an anthro bee again, I’ll likely ditch the anime-esque look and go more for purely alien and freakish, a real mix instead of something so toony.
It deviates from my usual style a good deal, and leaves me somewhat unsatisfied, but that’s what experiments are about. It’s very poppy and mod, where as I am not. And also very warm in color, which I usually don’t do.
Anyway, I realize it looks strange. Man, it’s hard mixing insects and people XD
